Spent $14 on a lox bagel with basically no lox on it. Totally not worth it. Used to come here and the food was much better

Bagels and schmears were good. The cortado and the Cubano coffees were smaller than normal and tasted burnt and stale ($4 each)

Their coffee and food were fantastic, with lots of great options. We got food/drinks several times at their food truck at St. David's South. The employees were very friendly and we appreciate them helping us out as we celebrated the birth of a new child. Definitely going to continue supporting them!

As a true New Yorker, the bagel lover in me doesn’t even want to give this food 1 star. I’m grounded in Austin for a few days and stuck in my hotel. I love trying local spots; found this place on Door Dash with 4.7 rating. I’m mind-blown. The food didn’t have any descriptions. So I ordered the “strawberries & cream” cream cheese on a plain bagel. I was thinking this item would be like a sweet cream or cheesecake kinda cream mixed with fresh strawberries or a strawberry cream cheese mixed with some vanilla cream. Something homemade and fresh and delicious. My bagel came with a thick blob of original cream cheese like you buy in a grocery store with a smaller blob of store bought strawberry jelly. It’s not even evenly distributed on the bagel. I took one bite even though I already knew it would be gross. The bagel is dense and probably made from something like a wheat flour because it has a darker shade than a white or bread flour. Everything about this bagel is not worth eating. I would not recommend. And to the food truck, since you will somehow still be in busy after this review, I would recommend pictures and descriptions on your menu. I would never have ordered food from here if

Update: Received a full refund. Would recommend the Bagel anytime. Not sure about the coffee. Stopped here this morning on my way to work. Looked super cute, and was excited to try it. The lox bagel was delicious. However, the Cappuccino I ordered was sour with curdled milk. I called them to let them know and no one answered the phone. No problem except I've left several VM though out the day and no answer or called back. No refund. Would of given a 5 star review but no one has even called back to resolve this issue. Coffee was over $5
